Abu Dhabi Customs secures top workplace ranking in UAE for 2026
Recognition highlights trust, innovation and employee empowerment initiatives
ABU DHABI – Abu Dhabi Customs has been recognised as one of the UAE’s Best Workplaces for 2026 by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture and high-trust organisations.
The government entity secured sixth place in the Large Organisations category, marking the fifth consecutive year it has received the recognition.
The achievement reflects Abu Dhabi Customs’ ongoing efforts to strengthen a workplace culture centred on trust, innovation and employee empowerment. The ranking was based on the results of a dedicated employee survey assessing workplace experience across several key areas.

The survey evaluated indicators including trust levels within the organisation, leadership effectiveness, innovation culture, institutional values and the overall employee experience provided by participating entities. The recognition highlights Abu Dhabi Customs’ ability to create a workplace environment designed to support and engage its workforce.
The accolade also aligns with the Abu Dhabi Government’s broader vision of building a world-class workplace environment across government entities. Authorities said the achievement contributes to enhancing human capital efficiency as a driver of sustainable development and economic growth.
Abu Dhabi Customs said the recognition reinforces its position as a strategic partner in supporting the emirate’s competitiveness both regionally and internationally. The organisation has continued to focus on empowering national talent, boosting institutional productivity and encouraging innovation across its operations.
